NMKR, the world’s leading brand to enable NFT interaction on Cardano, today announced a partnership with famous artist iAnnet to jointly bring crypto art to the Netherlands with the first-ever Cardano gallery. Supported by the iconic photographer and fashion designer Chantal Brink, the NXT Level Art Gallery opened its doors last week in Amsterdam for its first exhibition “F*ck the establishment”. NXT Level Art is supposed to attract talented and authentic artists to the world of Cardano.
Location: Amsterdam, Central Station in Amstel Passage
Opening hours: daily 11AM to 7PM
Duration: Until February 2022 NXT level Art gallery will be nomadic and move around the world.
iAnnet, who once guided Apple's CEO Tim Cook on the canals of Amsterdam, already minted her first famous iPhone collectibles in collaboration with NMKR. It was sold successfully. “Annet has a unique view on the world and her art reflects beautiful and extraordinary expressions,” said Patrick Tobler, CEO and founder of NMKR. “Blockchain has a huge potential for artists to erase the middleman and I’m curious as to how it will change the art community in general.”
“It was the next logical step to open up a Cardano gallery,” said Annet “iAnnet” de Graaf. “Both me and Chantal strive for transformation of the art world, hence we chose the strong statement ‘F*ck the establishment’. Blockchain provides more freedom and independence for the artist. We are in a unique position to glue it all together and connect people from different worlds. Museums and art galleries have to respond quickly to this whole new evolution of the art scene.”
